Comprehensive guidance for residential proxies

We are excited to introduce our proxy offerings tailored to meet your needs, whether you prefer a subscription-based plan or a pay-as-you-go option. This guide will walk you through the basics of using our proxies, selecting a country, managing session stickiness, and resetting your password.

Proxy plans

  1. Subscription model

    • Residential Proxy 10G

    • Residential Proxy 50G

    • Residential Proxy 100G

    • Residential Proxy 500G

You subscribe to a fixed amount of data per month, and the data allowance resets at the beginning of each month.

  2. Pay-As-You-Go Model

    • Residential Proxy Flexible

Top up your account with any amount of GB and use it whenever you want, no monthly subscription — only pay for what you use.

    Key Features

    • All plans offer the same core functionality.

    • Select a random or specific country.

    • Choose between a sticky or rotating session.

    • HTTP support only.

How to Select a Country

You can use our proxy with a random country or select a specific one by modifying your proxy password.

  1. Within your client's area, select your purchased Proxy

  2. Inside the controls tab, choose a desired country

  3. After selecting the desired country, you'll obtain a new password

💡 With a randomly selected country, the password was without postfix _coutry-US

How to Switch Session Stickiness

Session stickiness determines how long you keep the same IP address. Our proxies allow:

  • Sticky sessions: The same IP is retained for 30 minutes.

  • Rotating sessions: A new IP is assigned on each request.

  1. By simply setting Sticky connection Yes, you will activate the sticky connection.

  2. Now you have a new password with an additional postfix: _session-crCZmPGx

💡 Additionally, you can combine the desired country with a sticky session. Example for a sticky session in Germany

Alongside standard sticky sessions (_session-XXXX), you can use _hardsession-XXXX to prioritize longer IP retention.

This option increases the chance of keeping the same IP for an extended period, but may reduce the connection success rate. Actual stability still depends on the IP pool quality.

It can be used the same way as a regular sticky session and combined with other parameters.

How to Reset Your Password

If you need to reset your proxy password, follow these steps:

  1. Enter inside the Controls section of your selected Proxy product

  2. Select “Reset Password”

The outcome of a successful password reset

  3. Update your applications with the new credentials.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)

  1. What protocols do the proxies support?

Our proxies currently support HTTP only.

  2. Does unused bandwidth expire?

    • Subscription Plans - Unused data does not carry over to the next month.

    • Infinity Proxy - Your purchased bandwidth remains available until fully used.

  3. What are proxy authentication methods?
    It's a Username/password authentication model.

  4. How can I change my proxy password?
By using the Reset Password feature within the Controls section of the Proxy product.

  5. Why are the IP address, port, and username always the same?
Rotating residential proxies utilize a shared IP, which means that the IP address you receive is connected to the entire shared IP pool. Your address will reflect the country after connecting to the proxy.

  6. How to choose a country?
You can choose a country on the Control section of the Proxy product.

  7. How to check how much traffic is left?
You can see this information in the Balance column.

  8. How many concurrent sessions (threads) can be used?
    There's no limit.

  9. Proxy fraud score is high, what can I do?
Any IP can have any fraud score on any of the databases. We are not associated with any of the databases therefore, we cannot tell what is the reason for fraud score calculation. Proxy fraud score, in general, is not a performance index for proxy performance. Having a high score does not necessarily mean that the proxy is bad or that it will not work for your use case. Also, any different database can display proxy fraud scores differently. Therefore, you should not take any results for granted.

  10. My proxy shows the wrong location?
Many different sites can use different databases, thus results can be distorted or unreliable. This is because there is no 1 unified database for all results.

Please note that we cannot impact any data displayed on any 3rd party databases. Use only the official and reputable databases to confirm your results. Them being:

3rd party website results are not taken for granted. For any updates of IP in any 3rd party website, contact the site administrator and ask if they can manually update your IP in their database.

Proxies, displayed on third-party websites in other countries are none of our responsibility as we cannot impact the data, therefore such proxies are not eligible for refunds.

  11. Are there any restrictions for proxy use?
We do not block or restrict anything from our side, but we cannot guarantee that every IP will work with every use case.

However, our proxies are not suitable and will not work for the following use cases:

    • Mailing services

    • Gambling sites

    • Survey sites

    • Offer sites

    • Redeem sites

    • Dating services

  12. I cannot connect to my proxy, what should I do?
If you cannot connect to a proxy, this can be both a user-end or platform-end issue with the proxy. But before thinking that the proxy is not working completely, please try the following options:

    • Try checking if the credentials you entered are correct

    • Make sure not to leave any space in between your entered credentials

    • Try and check your browser configuration if it is set up correctly

    • Try using a different browser

    • Try using a different device with a different network.

    • Check if your browser supports the authentication method or connection protocol

    • Try checking if your proxy connections are not blocked by the firewall or your internet provider*

    • Check if your proxy did not expire

    * - Users in the following areas such as China, Hong Kong, Taiwan, UAE, Egypt, and Morocco may experience connection issues due to regulations of proxy connections on the national level. It is advised to connect to a VPN first and then try to connect to the proxy.

In case none of these options worked, the proxy may be the issue, and upon that contact our live support via messenger or write a letter to [email protected] for a check-up of your proxy.
