Set up RapidSeedbox VPN iOS App

Currently unavailable to download from App Store, there will be an email announcement when version of the app is available for iOS.

Download & install RapidSeedbox VPN app

To start setting up RapidSeedbox VPN on your iOS device, locate and open the App Store app.

In the search bar of the App Store, enter "RapidSeedbox VPN" and select the first result that appears on the list. Once you find it, tap "Get" to initiate the download and installation process.

RapidSeedbox VPN iOS app is now successfully installed on your phone.

Login RapidSeedbox VPN app

Launch RapidSeedbox VPN app.
Click LOGIN.

Enter your RapidSeedbox VPN email and password (Use the email and password you set up during the purchase).
After entering the account details, tap LOGIN.

Once done, you will be logged in to the RapidSeedbox VPN app.

Logout RapidSeedbox VPN iOS app

Tap the hamburger icon (≡) from the top left.

Tap Account details.

Tap Logout.

Tap Logout to proceed.

You are successfully logged out from the RapidSeedbox VPN application.

Check subscription details on RapidSeedbox VPN app

Tap the hamburger icon (≡) from the top left.

Tap Account details.

In this section you will be able to see the subscription details.

Connect and Manage Locations - RapidSeedbox VPN iOS App

Connect via recommended server/ location

Wondering what is the recommended server?

Well, the recommended server will automatically connect you to a country/ server proposed by our smart algorithm (based on geographical distance).

Tap Connect icon at the center.

Upon a successful connection, you will observe the status as "Connected." To disconnect, simply tap the centrally located Blue button within the RapidSeedbox VPN app.

Connect with your preferred country

Do you have a specific location in mind for your connection? With RapidSeedbox VPN, you have a wide array of options available to easily connect to your desired destination.

Tap Locations 🌐

Tap your desired country to connect or type your desired country via search option.

You are now connected to your preferred country.

Connect with your desired city

You can conveniently explore various cities within a country using the RapidSeedbox VPN app. To select a specific city, please follow the instructions provided below:

Tap Locations 🌐

Tap the Arrow icon > provided besides locations and a list of cities will be displayed.

Tap your desired city to connect or type your desired city via search option.

You are now Connected to your desired city.

Sort countries alphabetically or popularity

Tired of scrolling up and down to search for a location? Want a simplified way to sort the locations? Follow the instructions below 👇

Tap the hamburger icon (≡) from the top left.

Tap Locations 🌐

To sort locations alphabetically or popularity, tap the Sorting icon from the top.

To sort countries alphabetically, tap Alphabetically.

Countries are now sorted in Alphabetical order.

To sort countries by popularity, tap Popularity.

Countries are now sorted by Popularity order.

Mark location as favourite

Tap hamburger icon (≡) from the top left.

Tap Locations.

Tap the Star icon ⭐ provided besides locations.

Location has been marked as a favorite successfully.

Rate your session

Tap hamburger

Tap Rate Us.

You will see the following screen. Rate us as per your experience. Tap Send Us Feedback.

As soon as you fill it, a support ticket will be open.
Tap Submit. Our team will then get back to you via email.

How to Switch Protocol - RapidSeedbox VPN iOS App

Note: To switch between protocols using the RapidSeedbox VPN app, it's necessary to disconnect the app initially. After turning off the Automatic Protocol Selection option, you'll gain visibility into the various VPN protocols that are available.

Protocol Guide:

Wireguard: (Recommended)

Wireguard provides a fast and secure VPN connection and it’s usually used for web browsing and streaming.

UDP:

UDP is mainly used for streaming and downloading. It provides a fast VPN connection with medium encryption.

TCP:

TCP is more reliable, but also a little slower, and is usually used for web browsing.

IKEv2:

IKEv2 is one of the fastest VPN protocols that provides stable connection and is usually used for streaming and downloading.

IPSec:

IPSec is more reliable, but also a little slower, and is usually used for web browsing.

Tap the hamburger icon (≡) from the top left.

Tap ⚙️ Settings.

From the general settings tab, tap Advanced.

Tap Connection Protocol.

Turn off Automatic selection
A pop-up will appear, tap Yes to proceed.

Choose the protocol of your choice from the list.

Upon selection, your protocol will be successfully changed.

Connect to Fallback: This option will connect you to the next best available option if you are unable to connect with your preferred protocol. Once done, go back to the Locations tab and connect with your desired location.

Manage General Settings - RapidSeedbox VPN iOS App

Change Theme

Tap the hamburger icon (≡) from the top left.

Tap ⚙️ Settings.

In the general settings tab, you will be see the Theme option.

Tap the arrow icon > to change the Theme.
Select your preferred theme option from the list.

RapidSeedbox VPN theme has been successfully changed.

Always-on

The "Always On" feature on iOS devices is a crucial service that provides continuous VPN protection. Clear my preferences
