Sometimes you need a break. We get it. Here's a quick walk-through on how to terminate your seedbox.
First of all, you need to be sure about it.
If you're not, we encourage you to send us a message and give us a chance to change your mind 😃 (Our success rates are high, try us.)
To start the process, enter your Client Area, and from the Panel on the right, go to
Services, from there, choose the service you want to terminate and go to it.
From there, go to the
From here, you can terminate your services easily!
There are two cancellation types:
Immediate - your box will be canceled soon after your request
End-of-billing-period - your box will be canceled after the current billing period is over
Our refund policy can be applied only to your first service of its kind (first seedbox, first proxy, and so on).
Canceling your service with the "Immediate" option will issue you a refund only if you're requesting a refund within the 14 days period from the purchase and the service is the of its kind.
What happens to all my stored data?
Upon the termination of your service, all the data stored in your service will be lost.
Please back up all your data before your seedbox is terminated. If you don't, you will lose all your data, and that process is irreversible.
