Action Steps for Requesting a Refund
To successfully apply for a refund, you must:
Cancel the relevant service via your RapidSeedbox account.
During the cancellation process, select the Immediate Termination option to initiate your refund request.
Refund requests made outside the eligibility window for your product type will not be processed.
The processing time for refunds may vary based on your financial institution or payment provider.
If you make a choice:
Immediate - The service will be immediately, and the data irrecoverably deleted. Additionally, if you're eligible, you'll get refunded.
End of Billing Period - The new invoices will not be generated anymore, the service will be terminated by the end of its purchased invoice.
Note: In both cases, you won't get new invoices anymore, the process is automatic and cannot be done by the Support team.
