What are RapidSeedbox's policies on IP blacklisting and abuse cases?

Explains RapidSeedbox’s policies on IP blacklisting, abuse handling, and client responsibilities.

RapidSeedbox has strict policies regarding IP blacklisting and abuse cases. Below is a detailed explanation of their procedures, expectations, and consequences related to IP abuse or blacklisting incidents.

Overview of Policies

RapidSeedbox does not rent IP ranges for general emailing purposes; IP ranges are only leased for clean emailing practices. The company maintains strict policies to ensure that IPs remain free from abuse and blacklisting activities.

Handling IP Abuse Reports

If RapidSeedbox receives an abuse report regarding one of your rented IPs:

  1. The company will forward the abuse report to your registered contact email to notify you of the issue.

  2. As the customer, you are expected to immediately address and resolve the root cause of the reported abuse. Timely action is crucial to retaining your service.

Consequences of Unresolved Issues

Failure to resolve abuse-related issues in the specified period can lead to serious consequences as outlined below:

  1. If an abuse issue is not resolved within 24 hours, RapidSeedbox will: - Terminate your service. - Revoke the lease of the involved IP range.

  2. Reports originating from SpamHaus (a prominent anti-spam organization) have particularly severe implications: - The implicated IP range will be immediately removed from your services without prior notice. - You will not be eligible for refunds or any form of financial retrieval, as SpamHaus-related abuse reports are treated with utmost seriousness.

Key Terms and Conditions

  • Responsibility: It is your responsibility to use leased IPs appropriately and ensure compliance with usage policies.

  • Clean Emailing Only: RapidSeedbox reserves the right to prohibit email marketing or similar activities that may risk blacklisting.

  • No Tolerance for Abuse: Persistent abuse or non-compliance will result in termination of your services and associated IP leases.
