When upgrading your RapidSeedbox plan, whether it's transitioning from a monthly subscription to an annual one, or upgrading to a higher tier like moving from a "Swift" plan to a "Fast" plan, you can rest assured that all your data, files, within Downloads/ directory will be preserved. Below is an overview of what to expect:
Data and Settings Preservation
Data Integrity: All files in your Downloads/ folder will be transferred and retained in your new Seedbox environment without any loss.
Settings Retention (Swift & Supreme only): For upgrades or downgrades between Swift and Supreme plans, not only your data but also your custom settings (including torrent session states) will be preserved.
Plan Upgrade Scenarios
Basic → Swift/Supreme: When moving from a Basic Seedbox to Swift or Supreme, your Downloads/ content and settings are transferred. However, since Basic is more limited, the same preservation conditions as between Swift and Supreme do not fully apply.
Swift ↔ Supreme: Upgrading or downgrading between these two ensures all data and settings are seamlessly carried over.
Swift/Supreme ↔ Fast, Stream, Rapid, or Furious: Only the Downloads/ directory will be preserved. Settings and configurations cannot be transferred.
Subscription Changes (Monthly ↔ Annual): Only your billing cycle changes. All files, data, and settings remain intact.
