How to access & reset your credentials

The main purpose of this article is to help you to find your credentials for gaining access to your seedbox.

Prerequisites

You must be logged in to your RapidSeedBox account.

Steps to follow

Step 1

Go to your Client Area

Step 2

Click on Services and select your seedbox plan.

Step 3

All you available credentials will be shown in a table format.

Step 4

If you want to know what password is used by a service (for example, Deluge), just click on Show Password and it will be revealed.

As you can see, password used for Deluge is PASSWORD.

Step 5

If you left the cursor over the password, a copy option shall appear.

Click the password and it will be copied automatically to your clipboard.

You may also reset your password with just one button to all of the services

Master password reset button. With a simple single click, reset the password for all of the apps!

💡 If you change your password, the updated password will not automatically appear in the client area. The old password will still be displayed. To have the new password reflected correctly, please contact our support team so they can manually update it for you.

Final notes

  • All your credentials shown were assigned by default to your seedbox.

  • If you changed any of them, it won't be impacted in this section. That means the old password is still shown.

  • If you forget your changed password, you will need to reset it.
